  • All-out Arena is an android game I worked on in my spare time a while back. It's turn based strategy game in which you have to tell your knight what to do before the actual fight starts. You can order your knight what to do in the flowchart shown below. In this example the knight is ordered to attack first. If a certain condition is met (like when your hp is low, or when the item has not been used yet), the knights held item is used and finally you block any incoming damage.

    I stopped working on this project after a while, because watching your unit play out his flowchart wasn't that much fun. It was hard to see where in the flowchart your knight was, and where the opponent was in his flowchart. I still like the idea behind this game, so I'll start working on this as soon as I know how to make the knight sequence more interesting. Fun fact: the arena shown in the main menu is actually randomly generated.
